This section allows you to both explore and download the various datasets we collected for our paper. It is divided into two sub-sections, for the PCR and IHC data, which are listed in the navigation bar (on the left side of the screen).

PCR.zip ZIP archive containing our cleaned PCR data (long format).
  • PCR/ND_raw.xlsx: Raw Neurodevelopment panel RT-qPCR data
  • PCR/ND_processed.rds: Processed Neurodevelopment panel RT-qPCR data (including models & predictions)
  • PCR/OS_raw.xlsx: Raw Oxidative Stress panel RT-qPCR data
  • PCR/OS_processed.rds: Processed Oxidative Stress panel RT-qPCR data (including models & predictions)
IHC.zip ZIP archive containing our cleaned IHC data (long format).
  • IHC/Calb.xlsx: Raw Calbindin IHC data
  • IHC/Casp.xlsx: Raw Caspase IHC data
supplementary.zip ZIP archive containing our supplementary data.
  • animal_data.xlsx: Information on the mice we used (e.g. Sex, Weight)
  • gene_data.xlsx: Information on the genes we studied (e.g. functions, NCBI refs, primers)
